
Phoenix police are investigating a north Phoenix shooting at a gas station that left one man dead and another man in custody on Saturday.
Just after 1:30 p.m., officers responded to a call of a shooting at a gas station off Cave Creek and Bell Roads. When police arrived, a man was found suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries and was later pronounced dead.
A man matching the description of the shooter was taken into custody at the scene. He was identified as 29-year-old Eduardo Quintero, and booked into jail on multiple charges including homicide.
