Corpus Christi police are asking for help identifying the people in a vehicle that is believed to be connected to a homicide on the city's Southside early Sunday morning.
Around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, officers responded to an apartment complex in the 1900 block of Rodd Field for a shots fired call which was quickly upgraded to a shooting with injuries, according to a news release.
When they arrived, they found a 28-year-old man had been shot. He was taken to a local hospital where he died of his injuries. His identity has not been released.
Investigators are asking for help identifying the people who were traveling in a black, four-door vehicle with tinted windows and missing the rear driver-side hubcap.
