Hi again, OnPolitics readers! Back to our regularly scheduled OnPolitics programming.

Following President Joe Biden's State of the Union address last night, House Republicans held the first hearing (of several) investigations into Biden and his circle today.

The House Oversight Committee grilled former Twitter executives over the media coverage of Hunter Biden's laptop, specifically the blocking of the New York Post story in 2020 on the social media platform.

There were contentious moments between lawmakers as Republicans argued that the suppression of the story could have influenced the 2020 presidential election while Democrats called the inquiry "silly" and a "bizarre political stunt."
