Orange County deputies are investigating the shooting death of a victim on Tuesday morning.
Deputies received the call at 1:53 a.m. about a shooting at the Tymber Skan Apartments, according to a press release from the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
The victim was a Black male who sustained a single gunshot and died at the hospital.
Deputies said the suspect wasn't there when they arrived.
An investigation is ongoing.
