The Escambia County Sheriff's Office charged a Pensacola man with two counts of attempted first-degree murder Thursday night after he allegedly shot into a moving vehicle.

Keenan Antwan Hall, 28, allegedly fired a gun into a car on Mobile Highway Thursday, shooting the driver multiple times in the abdomen and the passenger once through the hand, according to his arrest report.

Hall seemingly knew at least one of the victims, due to one of the two attempted murder counts being labeled as domestic, but the arrest report does not explain their relationship.

All of Hall's charges from the alleged incident per jail records are:

  • One misdemeanor count of firing a weapon

  • One felony count of damaging property

  • One misdemeanor count of damaging property

  • One felony count of firing a bullets into a vehicle

According to one of the victims, Hall followed the car after the victims pulled into a gas station on Michigan Avenue, where Hall "pulled to the driver's side of their vehicle and began yelling at them to pull over."

"Hall attempted to get in front of their vehicle to get them to stop, and at which point (victim) drove past Keenan to prevent him from getting in front of the vehicle," the arrest report noted, "and that's when Hall attempted to ram their vehicle off the road."

After the alleged attempt to run the car off the road, the victim told authorities they cut through apartment building on Michigan Avenue before stopping at an intersection. At the intersection, Hall "pulled up next to them on the driver's side of their vehicle, pulled a gun out and began shooting into their vehicle."

Hall is currently held in Escambia County Jail without bond.
